One million connections is more than a metric; it is the result of eight years of synchronised growth. From the first
drop in Milton Keynes to the enterprise builds of tomorrow, we prove that when vision meets operational excellence,
the possibilities are infinite.
“Eight years ago, we were just getting started. Today, we sit at a million.
Together with CityFibre and Sky, we didn’t just meet the industry standard.
We became it.”

CONTRACT NEWS - CITYFIBRE
Under Midlands Manager Kevin Scott, this
region handles a staggering 45% of the UK’s daily
volume, coordinating 1,600 jobs every day.
The logistical weight of the million-connection
goal rests on the National Stores team, the
“Hidden 17.” This lean team of seventeen
operatives serves as the supply-chain backbone,
managing 14 national sites to ensure every
engineer from Inverness to Bournemouth has the
components required for a first-time installation.
“We recruit engineers from the areas we
serve. We aren’t just connecting homes;
we are working in the heart of our own
communities.”
- Kevin Scott, Regional Manager
From Milton Keynes to Inverness, the partnership has
mastered geographical extremes. To support this growth,
the Leeds Hub was established in 2025 as the operational
nerve centre for the North and Scotland.
“These complex builds allow our most skilled
engineers to shine. Reaching one million is a
fantastic achievement for everyone involved.”
- Jamie McCaffery, Regional Manager
Under Jamie McCaffery, the focus has recently shifted
to Glasgow’s unique MDU challenges. The team doubled
internal capacity to complete 5,000 MDU tasks in Q1
2026 alone. As the network matures, the partnership
is pivoting toward high-complexity builds for schools,
universities, and critical infrastructure.
