SCRAPBOOK
When a complaint was raised regarding repeated
damage to cabling at the home of an elderly customer,
Jak Musson stepped in to help. Jak attended the
property, reassured the customer and his family,
completed repairs, and secured the installation to make
the service safe again. Wanting to give the customer
extra peace of mind, Jak also provided his own CCTV
camera and left his contact details for any further
concerns.

Jak’s actions are a great example of putting the customer
first and going the extra mile when it matters most.
Thank you, Jak!
Kelly Group was proud to sponsor the
Biggleswade Young Farmers Tractor Run,
raising money for Sue Ryder Hospice in
Moggerhanger. The event brought the local
community together to support a great
cause and raise funds for vital hospice care.

A special thank you to Terry Frost, whose
involvement with the Young Farmers Club
helped make our sponsorship possible.

Dear Ali, Tony,

Glasgow Central Station Recovery

As we reach the end of the railway year, it is impossible not to reflect on the
unprecedented challenge posed by the fire at Glasgow Central. What had the potential to
become a prolonged and severely disruptive incident was instead met with a swift,
coordinated, and highly effective response.

I want to extend my thanks to you and your teams for the professionalism, competence,
and determination demonstrated throughout. Your ability to mobilise quickly, work
collaboratively, and engineer solutions was instrumental in restoring operations in such a
short timeframe. The commitment shown to delivering a safe and efficient outcome did
not go unnoticed and has been greatly appreciated across the entire rail industry.

It was a privilege to work alongside you and your teams during this period. The standard
you set in responding to this emergency reflects great credit on your organisation and your
people.

I hope you and your teams were able to take some well-earned time to rest and recharge.
Thank you again for your outstanding contribution.

Yours sincerely
