The roadmap from the first connection in 2018 to today’s 
million-install milestone has been defined by a shared 
willingness to evolve. As CityFibre expanded its footprint, 
Kelly Group scaled its workforce, creating a “delivery 
engine” capable of meeting the massive demand of the Sky 
partnership. 
Kelly Group Regional Manager Jamie Wilkinson, who has been 
present since the partnership’s inception, reflects on the scale 
of this joint venture:
