I am delighted to welcome you to this latest 
edition of The Networker.
As I look back on the first half of 2026, I 
am immensely proud of the energy behind 
our current operations While every year 
at Kelly Group brings its own challenges, 
the momentum we have built across our 
core contracts is truly unprecedented. It is 
a testament to the technical expertise and 
dedication of our workforce.
CityFibre: The Million-Home Milestone
Without doubt, a landmark achievement 
between CityFibre and Kelly Group. 
Reaching one million connections 
represents millions of hours of precision 
engineering and the successful navigation 
of complex urban landscapes. This 
achievement belongs to every engineer in 
the field and the support teams in the back 
office who keep the wheels turning 24/7.

Our long-standing partnerships with 
Virgin Media O2 and Openreach remain 
the bedrock of our national footprint. 
As we pivot toward higher-complexity 
workstreams and network upgrades, 
our focus remains on “right first time” 
delivery. Whether it’s complex civils or 
end-to-end fibre installs, the quality of our 
infrastructure continues to set the industry 
standard.

Package
We are committed to ensuring that being 
part of the Kelly Group framework provides 
value beyond the workplace. I am pleased 
to announce a new internal ‘Associate

Kelly Group Football Tournaments: 
Sign Up Now
I am also excited to announce our upcoming 
5-a-side football tournaments this July. 
With events at Manchester Central (July 
2nd) and London Mill Hill (July 15th), this 
is a fantastic opportunity to represent your 
team and connect with colleagues across the 
business. Entry is £10 per person, with all 
proceeds going to Shelter, supporting their 
vital work for the homeless. I look forward 
to seeing the competitive spirit of the Kelly 
Group on full display for a great cause.
