Beyond onboarding new recruits, the Southampton hub 
acts as a regional centre for Kelly Group operations. By 
having these skills “on-tap” locally, we can significantly 
reduce travel times for engineers in the South, allowing 
for faster refresher courses and safety seminars. This local 
presence ensures that our long-term engineers remain on 
top of technical skills and safety compliance without being 
pulled away from their regions for extended periods. 
At the heart of the Southampton operation is Jamie 
Jordan. As the site’s full-time instructor, Jamie oversees 
the transition of new delegates in Southampton. 
Supported by our national network of facilities, Jamie 
ensures that regardless of the technical discipline, 
every trainee receives the highest level of Kelly Group 
instruction and support.
