The purpose of this initiative is to recognise those outstanding engineers who provide excellent customer service while completing top-quality installations and are willing to go the extra mile for CityFibre customers. Each quarter, 1500 worth of prizes sponsored by CityFibre and Kelly Group are distributed between engineers working on the contract. Prizes are awarded based on performance KPIs, internal recommendations and customer feedback aiming to recognise and reward outstanding performance among engineers. Our Kelly Group management team organise a quarterly reward presentation, crowning the best performing team of the period with the Kelly Group trophy; and winning region of the quarter with the Kelly Group shield. Our 2024 regional winner is: Q1North Q2NorthQ3 - Scotland Were delighted to announce that, this quoters prize was awarded to the Scotland Team Inverness led by Kenroy Shepherd Maintaining high standards across the team while collaborating with Adam Harris, the local FQS from CityFibre, has resulted in impressive achievements. Completion rates are at a strong 86.38% RAW, paired with consistently high-quality standards. Customer fault volumes remain exceptionally low, with a year-to-date ELF of just 0.76%. In 2024, Inverness boasts the lowest complaints volumeonly 4 complaints against over 2,000 live services installed. Additionally, the team has secured one of the highest CSAT scores in the UK, maintaining an impressive 4.8 year-to-date.
