b'CITY FIBRE REWARD & RECOGNITIONIn September 2021, Kelly Group launched a Reward and Recognition Scheme in partnership with CityFibre. The purpose of this initiative is to recognise those outstanding engineers who provide excellent customer service while completing top-quality installations and are willing to go the extra mile for CityFibre customers. Each quarter 1500 worth of prizes sponsored by CityFibre and Kelly Group are distributed between engineers working on the contract. Prizes are awarded based on performance KPIs, internal recommendations and customer feedback aiming to recognise and reward outstanding performance among engineers. Our Kelly Group management team organise a quarterly reward presentation, crowning the best performing team of the period with the Kelly Group trophy; and winning region of the quarter with the Kelly Group shield.
