b'KELLY RAILDuring construction procedures, often the initial plans need to be amended due to discovering existing infrastructures built inside the walls such as the need to alter plans for the air conditioning and filtering system our Kelly Rail engineers installed. The biggest challenge our team faced was the complexity of the work and interfaces at the station. A simple delivery required our project management team to liaise with the other four contractor organisations who were completing works at Euston Station ensuring the safety of crews are not compromised on-site. Our project management team worked extremely hard closely with Network Rail and Avanti West Coast to adhere to both organisations and the stations safety regulations ensuring all works are carried out efficiently and safely. Due to the excellent working relationships with both Network Rail and Avanti West Coast, these challenges were easy to overcome for our skilled and experienced team.Zeynel Batuker (Kelly Rail Project Manager) oversaw the operation and worked closely with all teams contributing to the success of this project.
