b'KELLY FLEET SPECIALIf you had a choice, what would be Dawn Jackson - Parking Line Coordinatoryour preferred choice of fuel for your dream vehicle?I started my career journey with Kelly Rail in 2007 as a project coordinator. I joined Kelly Fleets Parking Department in 2013 and Ive been working as a Parking Line Coordinator ever since. Our team contributes to fleets operation by providing a strong support channel for our drivers. We have a parking line where they can submit parking tickets that we can appeal if they followed company procedures as well as provide parking advice. Our small team of 3 covers the whole UK and provide support for our workforce whether they drive a company car, van or HGV. What I enjoy the most within my role is interacting with drivers, councils and customers. We have a great team, Terry is the best manager and Anita joined us a year ago, who I can always rely on. The job itself can be challenging but it is also rewarding when we win an appeal and help a driver out. Christopher Francis Joyce - CarpenterMynameisChristopherFrancisJoyceandIjoinedKellyFleetasa Carpenter / Ply Liner 3 years ago. As a carpenter / ply liner, my job is to install protective floors, panelling and shelves for our drivers in each van that operates within our fleet. What makes this job enjoyable is working with my hands, relying on the skills I developed within our workshop, fresh air and sunshine. Sean Donafee - Driving AssessorMy name is Sean Donafee, and I am one of Kelly Fleets Driving Assessors. I joined the business 22 years ago. As Driving Assessors the biggest thing that we bring to our fleet departments operation is raising awareness of safe driving ensuring our workforce can carry out their daily duties. More so giving confidence for new-to-field engineers driving a bigger sized vehicle who havent driven vans before. It is a great feeling when these engineers pass their assessment after completing a one-to-one coaching session. The Networker Spring 2023 23.'
