Chris and Megan also have taken many NTF under their wing and are leading examples for their fellow engineers. Max Oakwood (South Region) Maxhasagreatattitudetowardsthejoband commitment to providing an excellent service for toob customers. On multiple occasions he has stayed out late with CFE/FQS to get customers on service and eventually was promoted to the Toob support team in John Ansell (North Region)January 2024, overall, a great engineer and hard working. John has been a great support over the last few months, for the business and histeam. He has also shown support while training NTF engineers by sharing his knowledge. Amarjit Mand (South Region) Amarjit has consistently supported other areas and worked very hard with the CF team to ensure all jobs are going in. He is very much SP driven and ensuring he goes above and beyond to support his engineers and getting Elken Shehay and Nicolas Morris (Midlands Region)all customer online. He has also been called out several times on the team Elken and Nicolasare always available to support Field Managers andcalls from local FQSs due to his commitment to the job and effort to often save jobs in the field.
