b'CITY FIBRE REWARD & RECOGNITIONIn September 2021, Kelly Group launched a Reward and Recognition Scheme in partnership with CityFibre. The purpose of this initiative is to recognise those outstanding engineers who provide excellent customer service while completing top-quality installations and are willing to go the extra mile for CityFibre customers. Each quarter 1500 worth of prizes sponsored by CityFibre and Kelly Group are distributed between engineers working on the contract. Prizes are awarded based on performance KPIs, internal recommendations and customer feedback aiming to recognise and reward outstanding performance among engineers. Our Kelly Group management team organise a quarterly reward presentation, crowning the best performing team of the period with the Kelly Group thropy; and winning region of the quarter with the Kelly Group shield. Our 2023 regional winners are: Q1 - Midlands Q2North Q3 - Midlands Q4 - North Were delighted to announce that, this quoters prize was awarded to the (location) team led by Barry Pickles.The biggest increase from the last quarter for Barrys team has been in customer experience where all engineers received a 5-star CSAT score and all had positive Power of 10 audits (this is direct feedback from customers when the field manager is carrying out their audits). This in turn has led Barrys team to have zero customer complaints open out with the SLA. The other area of improvement was the general housekeeping, including EVAN and TBTs, which were all completed/submitted within the correct time frame. Barry also ensures that his team attend all jobs within the SLA and drives our company KPI ensuring customer service and delivery are number one.
