b'NEW TO FIELD SUPPORTNational New Engineers Support TeamWe are here to help Service Delivery and FTTP New to feild engineers during the early days of your Kelly Group JourneyMitchell Porter - (Wessex) 07814 078419Mitchell.Porter@kelly.co.ukI started my Kelly career in June 2022 as a copper engineer based in Bristol. I progressed as New to Field support coach on 12th August 2023 visiting and supporting NTF engineers. I operate on a national level as part of the Openreach contract. My local Kelly office is in Bristol. What I enjoy most about the role is meeting a diverse range of people nationally and helping them overcome any challenges they may face. The biggest challenge is to learn the safety process needed to succeed. Take all the information you learn from day 1 and always ask for help and support through buddies, managers, the training team and the NTF support team. Dale Riggs - (North England & Scotland) 07814 088784 Dale.Riggs@kelly.co.ukI currently work as a National New to Field coach and when required, Acting Team Manager. One of the great things about working for the Kelly Group is the opportunity to progress. I began my journey in February 2020 just at the start of the covid pandemic. I feel starting at a time when there were so many unknowns has helped me along my journey personally and career-wise. I am currently based in the St Helens office. Due to the nature of the role being field-based I travel nationally mainly covering from Manchester into the Scottish Highlands. I look forward to travelling to areas I have not been before. One of the reasons I applied for the Role was because, during my time as an engineer, I have had numerous buddies and found I really enjoyed watching NTF develop and progress to go on to be good engineers. I know personally when I began my journey the things I struggled to understand and feel my experience can help others on their journey. The feedback I tend to get from NTF is that I can explain to them in a way they understand. And I regularly stay connected and follow up with calls to see how they are getting along.I strongly believe the labourers of today build the foundation for the future. Setting the NTF off on the Right path now teaching them the importance of health and safety and following Kelly Groups procedures will eventually eradicate the bad habits of yesterday.Alexander West - (Wessex) 07977 670841Alexander.West@kelly.co.ukI currently work as a New-to-Field Support Manager and have been for about a year and a half. I am currently based in Bristol (Southwest). The thing I enjoy most about the role is how friendly and close the team are to each other making working with them brilliant. Everyone is open to questions you might have, and everyone is happy to help and learn from each other. We can all progress our knowledge of the telecommunications industry from each other. I love seeing new engineers succeed especially if they were supported or assessed by me because I helped them expand their knowledge of the telecommunications industry. What motivates me is seeing the drive that new engineers must learn more and my knowledge fuelling that drive whether that is through coaching, training or assessing. Seeing an engineer happy and grateful for the coaching/ training I have done makes me happy.Jordon Mather - (North England / Scotland) 07814 089601 Jordon.Mather@kelly.co.uk Since joining Kelly Group in June 2023, Ive been based at the St Helens office, though my field-based role takes me across areas from Lancashire to the Scottish Highlands. The values I prioritize in my work include empowerment, respect, honesty and adaptability.
