Neuroblastoma is an aggressive childhood cancer that aects children. It develops from nerve cells called neuroblasts. Amelia-Mae, a beautiful, compassionate and lively two year old; loving the colour pink and all things girlie, was struck with the devastating diagnosis of Neuroblastoma stage 4 in September 2012. Despite her amazing ght, will and courage, Amelia-Mae unfortunately passed away in July 2013. She touched the hearts of the nation with her big blue eyes and lovable nature, therefore the Amelia-Mae foundation has been founded in her memory. They strive to support families; creating laughter, smiles and empowerment during the strenuous battle which neuroblastoma causes. Danny said: This January I'll be challenging myself to climb Kilimanjaro to raise awareness for Neuroblastoma and important funds for the Amelia-Mae Foundation. While supporting this charity is close to my heart, it's also a personal challenge for myself After being diagnosed with epilepsy eight years ago my life seemed to come to an end. With help I managed to achieve two years without seizures, and I found a passion for running. Throughout the past 7 seizure free years, I've completed various challenges with this one being the biggest ever. They went above and beyond to ensure that the customer was connected as soon as possible. The customer said: Recently I have had to endure a stressful time, over 4 months ago I reported a fault with general speeds and then found I had been inadvertently cut o from my internet service. I was told I had to have bre connection which took a long time to be organised. It could not have come at a worse time, as I was awaiting hospital tests and admission, while I also have a son with autism and learning diculties who uses the internet to download music which helps him stay calm. I also work for the NHS, and it was impossible to login to our server over weekends. I would like to express that the team on site (Tony Halliday and Jamie Newton) showed the utmost concern and attempted to solve the situation. From the rst contact with Aiden, he has been helpful, courteous and has worked hard to progress the order to its completion. There were many hiccups along the way, but he never failed to sort them and make sure everything needed was done. It was exceptional service and I wanted to ag this up to you. Please convey my more than grateful thanks to Aiden, also Tony and Jaime who eventually came back to complete the work. I do not think without the help of Aiden I would have a bre service now. He went above and beyond with absolute professionalism; he is a credit to your company. The Networker Autumn 2023 35."
