Validation Admin

We are recruiting a Validation support administrator to join our team. The role will be to approve payment codes, supporting the accurate administration of engineer payments, operational audits, financial validations, and payroll-related reporting activities. The role works closely with Finance, Operations, and client stakeholders to ensure crew payments, sales validations and approval processes are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

In your role you will be responsible for:

• Review and approve daily engineer payment codes to ensure accuracy and readiness for payroll processing.
• Produce and maintain engineer wages report to support payroll validation and management reporting.
• Review and approve additional payments, ensuring appropriate authorization and supporting documentation is in place.
• Manage engineer payment codes and ensure reports remains accurate and up to date
• Process weekly engineer payment amendments received from the Finance Team.
• Conduct payment audits, ensuring all payments are supported by appropriate evidence, including photographic validation where required by Virgin Media.
• Identify and remove obsolete or unused payment codes to maintain system integrity.
• Investigate and resolve payroll and financial queries raised by the Finance Team.
• Carry out sales rate checks and ensure rates are accurately applied.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, audits, validations.
• Update payment/engineer trackers

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

• Previous experience in payroll administration, finance support, or a similar operational role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent auditing and data validation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with operational and finance teams.
• Microsoft Excel and reporting skills desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
