Trainee Telecommunications Engineer

At Kelly Group, we’re expanding our expert workforce and are looking for Experienced and Trainee Telecommunication Engineers to join our team on the Openreach contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Telecommunication Engineer, your role will be varied, hands-on, and vital to network performance:

• Delivering copper connectivity to customer premises on the Openreach Network
• Working at heights and within underground networks
• Collaborating with your team and working independently to achieve targets and KPIs
• Following strict Health and Safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take on a hands-on, rewarding role:

• A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
• Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
• Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
• Excellent attention to detail
• A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
