Due to our strategic expansion we now have an exciting and unique opportunity to join our brand as the group Senior Business Analyst. Reporting directly to the CEO this role will be key to the transformation of the group.
The key purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand the business challenges and identify the solution options that will enable the business objectives to be achieved. The role holder will be responsible for facilitating all elements of business design including requirements definition, business process design, and capability maturity analysis and operating model design. The role will be tasked with challenging the established status quo with a view to transform the process to provide better outcomes for both Kelly and its customers.
