We are looking to hire a Payroll Manager to take full responsibility for our Payroll function, which is run on MHR I-Trent software.
We operate several monthly(salary) and fortnightly payrolls across the Group.
The Payroll Manager will manage a team of 6 employees across Payroll & CIS Subcontractors Payrolls. Other functions include managing expenses and business mileage administration and also onboarding new starters on to our systems.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of UK payroll-related legislation and statutory requirements, including PAYE and other deductions and HMRC rules. An ability to solve problems and be able to investigate and diagnose issues and make improvements will be important whilst also demonstrating excellent communication skills and have a good eye for detail. Advanced knowledge and application of Excel skills are required and it is essential that you have strong knowledge and experience of using an payroll systems.
