Parking Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an administrator to assist in the day to day running of our Parking Department. Reporting to the parking manager, your role is to provide accurate and responsible support in all aspects of administration for the department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter Parking charge and fines information
• Scanning and filing of parking fines
• Making payments on line
• Downloading reports
• Taking calls from drivers

What We’re Looking For:

• Excel knowledge essential
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
