Finance Administrator

Wembley, Brent - Greater London

£19,000 per annum

Kelly Communications are currently recruiting for a finance administrator to work within the Finance Team to provide the following in an efficient, well organised and timely manner:

  • Ensure all necessary documents/additional cost approvals are on the database for variations to works initially approved on job packs issued by Client and logging PO nos when received on trackers
  • Produce as-built drawings for completed jobs where necessary
  • Prepare and send submission of completed jobs to Client for payment
  • Assist when necessary with calculating and loading site Operatives wages
  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills - to be able to liaise effectively with all levels across the organisation.
  • PC literate with good keyboard skills, prior use of databases and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to manage priorities in demanding time scales
  • Accessing databases to obtain information for the department,
  • Liaise with staff in other departments
  • Produce and maintain excel spreadsheets when required by colleagues
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by the Finance Admin Manager

Essential Knowledge:

  • Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Recognised academic training.
  • Working knowledge of pc systems
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications terminology.

  • Able to organise and prioritise work/tasks
  • Well developed, client facing skills with a client orientated approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willing to lead by example and work with own initiative
  • Ability to work within a team

The working hours are Monday – Friday – 8am to 5pm.
