Civils Agent

The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource to Openreach for over 24 years. 

We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Civils Agents. 

In your role you will be responsible for motivating and managing a team to ensure:

• Compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental legislation and procedures.
• Maintain Quality of work in accordance with SLA and KPI
• Internal and external customer relationships are maintained in a professional and supportive manner.
• Reports are provided accurately and on time.

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence.

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on your licence
• Hold a valid NRSWA full Supervisor Street works card, units 10 to 16.
• Have extensive working knowledge and supervisory experience on the Openreach Civils network.  
• Have experience of working and building relationships with Local Authorities.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions
• Self-motivated and flexible and have the drive to achieve the company and clients targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental practices.
