Bodyshop Panel Beater

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for Bodyshop Panel Beaters to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be working within our fleet department. 

In your role you will be responsible for:

• Dealing with wide range of vehicles but predominantly vans you must be productive and work to a high standard.
• You will need to be fully skilled and have relevant previous workshop experience combined with a NVQ or equivalent qualification.
• Position is available for immediate start.
• Permanent Salaried PAYE position.
• Preparing paint spraying equipment.
• Minor repairs on panels and M.E.T
• Preparing the bodywork and panels for paint.
• Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
• Storing paints in the correct conditions.
• Managing inventory of paints and equipment.
• Ensuring that you always follow safety procedures.

Key Skills and Experience:

• A full UK manual driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
• The ability to pay attention to detail.
• A flexible attitude.
• The ability to be adaptable.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work without supervision.
• The ability to stay motivated in all circumstances.
• The ability to remain calm. under pressure and maintain high standards at all times.
• The ability to work well within a team
