12D Traffic Management Operatives

Kelly Group are currently seeking experienced and qualified 12D Traffic Management Operatives to join our busy team performing Lane/Road closures within our High Speed Traffic Management Division. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems in compliance with the relevant codes of practice.
• Set up and maintain safe working environments for both road users and personnel.
• Conduct traffic surveys and assist with planning and implementing traffic management plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working order.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reporting in line with company standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid 12D Traffic Management Qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in traffic management, ideally within the 12D sector.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and on various sites.

Desirable Qualifications/Skills:

• Additional traffic management certifications (e.g., 12A/12B).
• First Aid certification.
• Experience in the use of traffic management equipment and software.
