At Kelly Group, we’re expanding fast—and we’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to help us deliver vital infrastructure on our Virgin Media contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a practical, varied role where you’ll play a key part in connecting customers to high-speed services:
- Installing Virgin Media services at customer properties
- Pulling cables through underground ducting from street cabinets to homes
- Working across gardens, driveways, footpaths, and access chambers
- Speaking with customers to plan cable routes before starting work
- Using hand tools and mechanical civils equipment
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Operating underground and progressing to overhead fibre work (PIA) as you develop
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times
Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving lifting, digging, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take on a hands-on, rewarding role:
- A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
- Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
- Customer-focused with great communication skills
- Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
- Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
- Excellent attention to detail
- A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for people who are ready to get stuck in and grow with us:
- Full UK driving licence (held for 12+ months, max 6 points)
- Comfortable with manual labour and physical work
- Willing to work outdoors, underground, and at height
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Telecoms, civils, or trade experience is a plus—but not essential
- Confident communicating with customers
- Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
