Kelly Group’s Elite Drivers Club has seen fantastic results nationwide and many of our workforce become Elite Drivers since the launch of our safe driving initiative 2 years ago.
Throughout our research, we found that drivers with safety scores of 99-100 are 46% less likely to be involved in a road accident. On a daily basis, Kelly Group has circa 2700 vans on the road nationwide and it is a top priority to ensure the safety of our drivers and other vehicles on the road. We’ve introduced you to our monthly Elite Drivers Club prize winners throughout previously, who provided top tips on how to become an elite driver and stay safe on the road.
Our national team of driving assessors are responsible for ensuring everyone has the opportunity to become an Elite Driver. Kelly Group is proud to introduce a selection of our Elite Drivers; Ryan Glove, Steve Jennings and Paul Johnston, who recently won our monthly £1000 prize.

Our team has worked hard to compile several safety quotes, for drivers, featured within The Networker and on our Kelly Group News page, highlighting essential information drivers should know before getting behind their wheel. We also introduced safety SMS messages featuring safety slogans and road safety quotes promoting driver safety on the road.
Over the last 2 years, we have celebrated many success stories of our drivers, through the Elite Drivers Club and continue to praise and reward them for their commitment to safe driving. Spring is in the air, evenings are getting lighter, and days are getting warmer, making drivers happy that the dark mornings spent defrosting their cars are over, however, it is important to stay alert as the new season brings fresh dangers. April is most traditionally associated with showers and heavy downpours.
If these showers follow a particularly long dry spell, they can make roads treacherous as road surfaces become very slippery. Combined with rain’s impact on visibility, they create a driving hazard.
