The Kelly Group’s design and planning department is a versatile, vibrant addition to the services available from the Group. Bringing experienced build knowledge into the design and planning team allowed us to grow rapidly and has been a key factor in its success.

The hub of the design and planning team is located in our Nuneaton office, which supports our skilled network of surveyors across the UK. Bringing in new graduates under the careful guidance of experienced planners has enabled the department to keep pace with client demands.

Our ability to design and plan for both voice and data networks has seen us complete a wide range of both small and large business customers. These projects included bespoke multiple dwelling units; rooftop and mast sites; trunk fibre routes; and full planning for cities with the latest fibre to the premise technology.
