Kelly Group is passionate about providing a positive impact on society and the local communities we serve. We achieve this by supporting multiple charitably organisations, assisting in tackling youth unemployment and enabling social mobility of people from underprivileged backgrounds through targeted recruitment to provide professional training and genuine career opportunities. Having fun whilst raising funds for local community initiatives and sponsoring local sports teams, reducing our CO2 carbon emissions, and monitoring our waste.

We are actively contributing to the protection of the environment, leaving a legacy for future generations.

These values are supported by fundamental objectives:

• Reduce our CO2 emissions by 1% year on year:
• By February 2022 Kelly Group aims to have all owned operational centres using 100% renewable electricity resulting in zero carbon emissions
• 85% of our vehicles are Euro 6 complaint
• Provide education on environmental matters – through company inductions, training and regular toolbox talks, we encourage all our workforce to be environmentally aware, whether at work or at home
• Investment in smart technology – from our ultra-low emission fleet, electronic planning and reporting tools to video conferencing, we are always exploring new way of working to mitigate the impact on the environment
• Commitment to supporting the government’s pledge, encouraging green transport to reduce carbon emissions by introducing EVs within our national fleet. While installing EV charge points at all operational centres  
• Supporting our clients build ambitions, ensuring we keep communities connected by introducing effective COVID control measures during the recent pandemic
• Encourage gender equality within our industry, including support of the 2021 Women in Engineering Day
• Continue to be a Disability Confident organisation
• Ensuring that our supply chain consists of responsible organisations that share our ambitions for providing ethical business practices with clear strategies for CSR

The group is committed to giving back and bringing together industry partners to support the communities we work in. We are actively involved in many charities and organisations and are proud to have led many fundraising initiatives including the London Irish Ward Appeal at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH). Tim Kelly and 134 businesses, individuals, colleagues and friends from the London Irish community raised a phenomenal sum of £800,000 which has assisted in transforming the experiences of many patients in the now formally named London Irish Ward.
