On Thursday, 9th March, Kelly Group representatives were honoured with the Best Team Award at the annual European Movember Awards, held at EartH (Evolutionary Arts Hackney), East London.
Kelly Group’s team of Movember Workplace Ambassadors joined an audience filled to the rafters with Movember’s most important community influencers for an exclusive evening of awards and entertainment celebrating all 65 nominated ultimate Mo Bros and Mo Sisters who have gone above and beyond in the name of men’s health.
The Group was recognised for their incredible fundraising campaign that seen hundreds of Kelly Group's workforce join forces, all in support of the Movember movement. The Team Movember category represents the importance of culture, inclusion and diversification within a company and strongly demonstrates the important message that every individual needs a good team. This annual award goes to the team who has shown the most impressive collaboration in coming together in the name of men’s health.

2022 Kelly Group Movember Campaign
Following an extremely successful Movember fundraising campaign in 2021, Kelly Group’s workforce joined forces for the second time in support of the 2022 Movember movement.
With many favourite activities returning, alongside a wide range of new events, they saw phenomenal fundraising efforts from 100s of their Kelly Group family, up and down the country. As last year’s fundraising activities came to an end, and with support from Kelly Group founder Tim Kelly, the workforce raised an incredible £33,848.82 in support of Movember’s mission.
“In early 2022 the marketing team embarked on the curation of our 2nd Movember campaign. We were thrilled with our 2021 delivery but knew we wanted to make 2022 a campaign to remember. Following many ideas being tabled, we kept coming back to a key focus driver for this year, OUR PEOPLE. We knew in order to deliver a successful campaign we needed the buy-in of our workforce, and for that, we needed to recruit a national team of hungry leaders, energetic idea driven individuals, who could round the troops, and drive their fundraising tasks, while amplifying the key Movember messages relating to men’s health.
I’m delighted to say, our team of 16 Kelly Group, Movember Workplace Ambassadors delivered tremendously – by the end of the campaign, literally 100s of our Kelly Group team members had participated in fundraising events, up and down the country. The message was clear, and the resources were and still are available for anyone needing support.
We’re overjoyed that Kelly Group has been recognised for such a prestigious award, this is testament to the incredible delivery from all our teams.
