We’ve a highly-trained workforce of circa 3500, 40 + national operational centres, 4 training hubs and a fleet of over 2500 vehicles.

Kelly Group is proud to announce their new Reward and Recognition scheme in partnership with CityFibre. The purpose of this initiative is to recognise those engineers who provide excellent customer service and are willing to go the extra mile for CityFibre customers.
Each month £1000 worth of prizes will be distributed between engineers who work on the CityFibre contract within Kelly Group. Prizes are awarded based on performance KPIs, internal and customer recommendations aiming to recognise and appreciate outstanding performance amongst engineers.
£500 team prize alongside a shield trophy will be awarded for the top-performing national team based on their KPIs.
Amazon vouchers worth £50 are awarded to the top-performing engineer crews or individuals based on Team Manager recommendations and customer reviews.
