We’ve a highly-trained workforce of circa 3500, 40 + national operational centres, 4 training hubs and a fleet of over 2500 vehicles.
The health and safety of our workforce, clients and their customers are fundamental to our training, policies, working procedures and management systems.
Two-way communication between leadership and field teams and engagement through continuous management site visits, supervisor site inspections, welfare plans, tool-box talks, close call reporting and the monitoring of trends ensures our safety and delivery teams are united - working together to deliver the safest solutions for all involved.
We also have an independent audit team who review our policies, procedures and visit the sites we are working to assess compliance to our own internal processes, providing continuous independent feedback.
By continually investing in our people, training, equipment, fleet and management systems, we monitor the health and safety of our workforce and working procedures which enables us to review our practices in line with our commitment to continuous improvement.
