Introducing Our Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship

This year, we're particularly excited to launch our Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship Programme (Level 2 Qualification). Over the course of 12-15 months, you'll gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in technical operations, customer service, and essential workplace skills.

Your journey will begin with structured training at one of our state-of-the-art training centres, followed by invaluable hands-on field experience. You'll also work on behalf of CityFibre, one of the UK’s fastest-growing full-fibre network providers and a key strategic partner of Kelly Group.

What You'll Do & What We Offer

As a Telecoms Field Operative Apprentice, you'll be actively involved in:

Installing and maintaining telecoms infrastructure, including cabling, routers, poles, and underground networks.

Learning how to diagnose and repair faults in broadband and fibre networks.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest industry standards.

Providing excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial sites.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with:

A genuine interest in technology, engineering, or telecoms.

A strong work ethic and reliability.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

The willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

A Full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.

Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
