Steve, a qualified civil engineer joined the Kelly Group as Group Managing Director in January 1998.

Prior to that Steve held a prestigious plc Main Board Directorship. His experience also includes top level positions within Local Authority Highways Departments, where he became Chairman of the New Roads & Street Works Act, West London Steering Group.

Since joining the Kelly Group as Group Managing Director and with the successful growth of the Group, Steve became Chief Executive Officer in January 2009.

Steve is married with two sons. He is a keen football supporter and also enjoys the odd round of golf.
