Richard Bevins

Operations Director

Richard Bevins joined Kelly Integrated Transport Services in January 2011 in the position of Operations Director - Highways. Richard holds a Master Degree, HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering; he has very strong Highways experience and has previously worked at Director Level with Telent, TSEU Group, Peek Traffic and at Contract Manager Level with Serco.

Richard's primary responsibility is the day to day running of the ANPR/TMU NTCC works, ERT Project, ELTRACS and the London Cycle Hire Scheme. Richard has also been tasked with growing the business, developing the business and looking at new areas for growth, enhancing our reputation in the market and facilitating our staff development in preparation for new challenges ahead.

Richard is married with two children. He is a supporter of West Bromwich Albion FC and enjoys golf, and sport generally.
