Phil Holiday

Operations Director

Phil joined Kelly Group in May 2010, as an Operations Director with Kelly Integrated Transport Services Ltd. Prior to joining the group, Phil had 27 years working with major civil engineering contractors, the last 10 being in the rail sector. Phil has recently held board positions with Dean & Dyball Rail Ltd and Birse Rail Ltd (a Balfour Beatty Group company).

Phil's primary responsibility is to manage and develop the Heavy Rail sector of the Kelly ITS business, drawing on previous contacts and experience with Network Rail, Train Operating Companies and numerous other Rail clients and contractors.

Phil is married with two adult sons. He is a keen supporter of Northampton Rugby Club and enjoys hill walking, cycling and the occasional round of golf. Phil is also actively involved with Wooden Spoon, a charity supporting disadvantaged children and young people.
