Niall joined the company in 1990 as a Cable Installer having previously worked as an Aviation Engineer for Aer Lingus. His attention to detail, clear ambition, and dedication within the company are qualities that have led to his promotion to Managing Director of Kelly Communications Ltd in 2009. His current role involves an ever changing range of responsibilities and it is this variety of challenges which keeps him as focused as ever.

Niall currently lives in Lincolnshire and has three children. He is on the Board of Governors of his local school with particular responsibility for the monitoring of ICT delivery.

In his free time, Niall enjoys reading, listening to music and socialising.
