Larry moved to the UK in 1987. After spending two years in the construction industry he joined the Kelly Group in 1991 to setup the in-house Transport & Plant operations, this eventually leading to the emergence of a division solely responsible for the Fleet, Plant and Procurement requirement of the Group. Along with the responsibility of sitting on the Group main board Larry is currently developing the Plant Company for the supply of outsourcing solutions to external companies.

Larry lives in North London with his partner and has four girls. When not busy with the family or training for the London marathon he enjoys clay pigeon shooting and following his favourite football team.
