Job Description We are seeking applicants to fill the position of Regional Operations Manager for London and Southeast England on the Vodafone contract. Responsibilities To assist the Signalling Installer and Team Leader in all aspects of Signalling Installation work carried out in a safe controlled manner following all NR & LUL installation standards and complying with all H&S regulations and requirements
Main Tasks Carry out Track Circuit bonding duties as requested by Technical Officer or Team Leader complying with installation standards at all times
Other/support tasks Installation of Signalling equipment and associated cabling to conform to approved Method Statements, approved design drawings and latest industry standards for both NR and LUL. Carry out cable installation and Cable Management Systems (Containment). Fault finding and rectification where required.
Qualifications and/or skills required IRSE Signalling Installer license.
Relevant experience Signalling Installation experience – Minimum 2 years.
Competencies required LUL Access, Depot / Track Accustomed, PTS AC/DC, IWA, Lookout / Site Warden - as required.
Equipment competencies required Determined by specific contract requirements.

Responsibilities Ensure all Signalling Systems and Equipment that is worked on is installed and tested in accordance with LU Cat 1 & 2 standards and the relevant maintenance handbooks. To also ensure all Signalling Systems and Equipment that has been worked on is handed back prior to the commencement of train services and confirming safe passage of the first 2 trains through the section upon completion of the testing.
Main Tasks
Other/support tasks Support the installation and/or the maintenance phases of work being carried out by other asset areas to which the Signalling Systems and Signalling Equipment are directly connected
Qualifications and/or skills required Hold a valid IRSE License in one or more of the following license categories:
