Personal RequirementsMust have a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, be highly motivated, confident and effective communicator. The project operates 8am – 8pm, 365 days so flexible hours including home working are a requirement.
ResponsibilitiesLiaising between our client and our nationwide installation teams and project managers you will be responsible for processing and scheduling works and updating our database.
Main Tasks
  • Liaising between our clients UK and European offices and our nationwide installation teams and project managers ensuring the dispatch and scheduling of work within SLA.
  • Updating a database and records.
  • Producing internal and client reports
Other/support tasksGeneral office duties.
Qualifications and/or skills requiredGCSE or equivalent and above
Relevant experienceIdeal candidates will have previous admin or dispatch experience and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications in particular Excel.

Personal RequirementsMust be fully fit, with a positive attitude, self motivated, conscientious and demonstrate knowledge and experience of the tasks and responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesTo successfully complete all tasks set on a daily basis.
To complete all relevant paperwork and submit on time.
Main TasksGeneral household installations of cable television, telephones and broadband internet services. The work includes connecting customers to the network at distribution cabinets, pulling cables, external and internal wiring of the customers premise, commissioning of the equipment and educating the customer in its use.
Other/support tasksCompliance with Health and Safety plan and method statements. Wearing and using appropriate PPE. Keeping tools and equipment in good order.
Qualifications and/or skills requiredNRSWA Unit D002 "Sign, lighting & guarding" Certificate
Relevant experienceSome preferred but full training is supplied
Competencies requiredCustomer care skills
Equipment competencies requiredUse of gas testing equipment, metal locators and signal level meters
Driving LicenseFull clean UK driving license required
