| Personal Requirements | Must be fully fit, with a positive attitude, self motivated, conscientious and demonstrate knowledge and experience of the tasks and responsibilities |
| Responsibilities | To successfully complete all tasks set on a daily basis. To complete all relevant paperwork and submit on time. |
| Main Tasks | General household installations of cable television, telephones and broadband internet services. The work includes connecting customers to the network at distribution cabinets, pulling cables, external and internal wiring of the customers premise, commissioning of the equipment and educating the customer in its use. |
| Other/support tasks | Compliance with Health and Safety plan and method statements. Wearing and using appropriate PPE. Keeping tools and equipment in good order. |
| Qualifications and/or skills required | NRSWA Unit D002 "Sign, lighting & guarding" Certificate |
| Relevant experience | Some preferred but full training is supplied |
| Competencies required | Customer care skills |
| Equipment competencies required | Use of gas testing equipment, metal locators and signal level meters |
| Driving License | Full clean UK driving license required |
