Our Risk Manager is in regular contact with individual drivers in both a monitoring and advice capacity. This gives individual personal attention wherever and whenever it is required

Vans utilised by drivers with additional training needs are fitted with internal camera devices which help to monitor performance. This allows our risk assessment team to focus their training on their specific needs thereby keeping them safe on the road.

All new drivers are subject to a driving assessment which ensures that they understand the basic vehicles checks and tests their driving ability. This assessment forms part of their driver profile and highlights any further training needs

All new drivers undergo dedicated driver training as part of their induction covering company procedures from accident reporting to maintenance checks and parking.

Risk / Accident Management

At Kelly Communications Plant Ltd, we take extensive steps to minimise risks and reduce accidents. As part of this strategy, every one of our drivers has to take part in our regular, ongoing training and assessment schemes. These are managed by our own, in-house assessors, supervised by fully-qualified driving instructors.

All accidents involving a vehicle that we manage are dealt with by our team of highly experienced claim handlers. They look after every aspect of the accident, from initial road side contact and direction through to claim completion. At all times, our staff will work their hardest to ensure minimal disruption to all involved.
