Our Network Rail installation and maintenance teams provide signalling, telecoms, electrical and civil engineering services for projects on the UK’s National Rail network.

All Kelly I.T.S. signalling staff are IRSE licensed, many of our teams are also certified to Mod 5, Mod 4, Mod 3c, SMTH and Functional Tester.
Our electricians are JIB approved and 17th edition qualified. In addition, our lead electricians hold the appropriate level 3 isolation and 2391 test and inspect certification.
